A foster family can play a major part in rehoming an animal.

We try to foster out animals who would otherwise have a difficult time finding homes.

Animals who are very shy, nervous around other animals or people or have other characteristics that may make them "less desirable".

A foster family can help rehabilitate and socialize a cat or dog.

This is very difficult to do in a shelter, since the animals get very little individual attention.
